Judi Desiderio, founder and CEO of Town & Country Real Estate, has been a Real Estate Broker on the east end of Long Island for a quarter of a century most extensively at the former Cook Pony Farm Real Estate. Judi became a partner at Cook Pony Farm in 1995 after many years of successful brokering. As a partner she opened their Bridgehampton office (quickly making it a leader in the area’s real estate landscape); was instrumental in the corporation’s expansion; conducted educational seminars and wrote market publications. Judi’s real estate success is evidenced by the fact that most of her business has long been 100% referral based. Judi firmly believes in East End real estate and has:purchased land and homes,sub-divided bulk acreage and built homes on speculation for investment and rental use. Her direct personal experiences and seasoned industry expertise have enabled her to become the best resource possible for the sophisticated clientele she serves. Though Judi is very proud of her business success, she admits that her “greatest accomplishments rest with my family,two beautiful boys, Drew and Jack, and my husband John Tracy who is a second generation NYC firefighter.”
